The BeeITGirls initiative is a response to the need to increase the number of women in the technology industry and an important voice in the diversity & inclusion discussion in IT. We want to inspire and support young girls to gain programming skills at an early stage of education and become leaders in this field. Thanks to our campaign, they can now gain this knowledge for free!

“Bee IT Girls” is an opportunity for young girls to gain programming knowledge completely free of charge, and due to the online form, regardless of their place of residence.
Bee ITGirls! Create, Code and Change the World!
During semester courses, led by experienced trainers from the Giganci Programowania school, you will learn languages and coding environments and open your path to the IT industry. Additionally, you will take part in mentoring classes that will increase your self-confidence and help you develop your professional career.
