All you have to do is settle online on the e-pity.pl website dedicated to the IT Girls Foundation. Thanks to the built-in wizard, the program will guide you easily through the entire settlement.
IMPORTANT: Must be entered Specific goal: IT GIRLS

— BY COMPLETING YOUR PIT WITHOUT USING OUR PROGRAM
When completing the correct annual PIT settlement, enter in the appropriate box no KRS: 0000 215 720,Specific goal: IT GIRLS and the amount of your 1.5% tax.

— VIA YOUR E-PIT SERVICE
Just log in to Taxpayer Portal, where the annual tax return will be available from February 15 to April 30. After completing all the data, in the item "Application for the transfer of 1.5% of tax due to OPP" enter the KRS: 0000 215 720, Specific goal: IT GIRLS then validate the form.
Pensioners who want to donate 1.5% for IT Girls Foundation may complete the PIT-OP declaration by entering in point 9 no KRS: 0000 215 720, Specific goal: IT GIRLS and send it to your Tax Office.
